Whispering what she wants for Christmas in Santa's ear. She didn't warm right up to him so this was the first step.
She warmed up to Santa a lot faster this year then previously, but she refused to smile so I was standing behind the photographer saying "I'm going to come sit on Santa's lap with you."
At this point I was standing behind the photographer waving my arms and being silly to get Kimber to crack one of her big smiles. It worked, but then Santa wasn't smiling. Oh well.
